Warren dedicated over 25 years to the automotive publishing business most recently as Vice President\, Sales & Operations for Source Interlink Media; now called TEN/A Discovery Communications Company. There he led national sales staffs representing over 65 consumer magazine titles and 115 websites including the popular brands; Motor Trend\, Hot Rod\, Popular Hot Rodding and Lowrider.\nWarren joined the SEMA staff in 2014 and currently works with SEMA’s OEM partners on all SEMA Show activations as well as initiatives to help SEMA member manufacturers with product development through collaboration with OEM programs.  With a background in sales\, marketing and operations\, when asked what business he is in\, Warren often responds that he is in the “relationship” business. \n\n\nScot Thompson graduated from California State University Northridge with a BS in Engineering. He has been a top performer for three of the most successful companies in the 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing space.\n16 years at 3D Systems: From Corporate Applications Engineer to Worldwide Business Development Director for Aerospace. He managed the largest 3D-Printed mass-customization application to manufacture Invisalign™ with Align Technology. 4 years at Solid Concepts (now Stratasys Direct): Business Development Manager for the two largest lines; Stereolithography and Advanced Cast Urethane. Developed strategy\, secured large accounts\, wrote sales collateral\, and trained sales team. Increased sales 44% in down economy (2007 to 2011). 6 years at EOS of North America from 2011 to 2017. He managed Western Region sales channel and sold high-end Additive Metal systems to: SpaceX\, Blue Origin\, Honeywell\, Aerojet Rocketdyne\, Caltech\, Morf3D\, and many other forward-thinking companies. He was ranked a top worldwide sales performer. He is passionate about enabling companies with new capabilities made possible with new advancements in additive manufacturing. \n\n\n \nGeorge Russell\nStratasys \n\n\n \nSteve Nowicki\nROUSH Industries \n\n\nAutomotive Segment Leader for Stratasys. Responsible for coordinating interaction with Stratasys Automotive customers\, as well as channeling needs of the automotive industry into Stratays Product development. \n\n\nSteve is a dedicated automobile performance and design enthusiast\, currently developing business relationships and managing design projects at Roush Creative Services.  An experienced hands-on member of the automobile design community\, Steve has had the opportunity to lead and manage a versatile and creative team of automotive design professionals in an entrepreneurial environment.  His experience beyond design includes quoting and planning\, resource management\, leading\, directing\, and mentoring designers\, and coordinating concept and prototype builds to completion.\nSteve has over 25 years of experience in automotive industrial design with a B.F.A. from the College for Creative Studies as well as additional mechanical and technical experience with automotive builds\, repair and performance vehicle modifications.\nSteve has successfully managed multiple projects in a studio of design professionals integrating design\, engineering\, manufacturing\, milling and modeling as complimentary components during his previous career as Design Director and General Manager at ASC.  Steve directed GM Performance vehicle production programs with design and CAD development in the ASC studio joint venture with GM’s Design team.  Additionally\, he has led and integrated teams in the heavy truck industry with Navistar\, as well as the RV industry with Monaco and others.\nHis strong work ethic and drive was developed by his early career in motorsports\, culminating in 4 Professional driving titles in IMSA endurance racing and SCCA National Pro Rallying.
